How Many Mandys Does It Take To Change A Lightbulb?

My biggest accomplishment this weekend was changing the lightbulb above the landing in my stair. I told my home teachers about it when they asked if there was anything that they could help with, and they just laughed. So, I bought a ladder that folds up to fit in the back of my car. A normal ladder wouldn't have fit into my house very well. This project took an hour and I nearly broke the window in the process. Answer to the question: 1 light bulb, 1 Mandy.

I am the Architect on the bluelemon restuarant and Bistro at City Creek project. Who would have ever thought that I would be designing something in a location like this! Pretty trippy. I park in the parking structure under the Church administration building.

Dr Who

My hobby right now is watching Dr. Who. It isn't the old Dr. Who. It is a current version that runs on PBS. There seem to be a lot of good Brittish shows, aren't there?

I like David Tennant, the actor who plays the 10th reincarnation of The Doctor (Kind of like selecting the next James Bond). You might also know him as the son of the minister of magic (Marty Crouch) on Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Right now PBS is running the 2nd season, so it is a good time to jump in. He gets a new side kick every season. Rose Tyler (blond girl with a severe overbite) = season 1&2. Martha Jones (black girl-she is good) = 3, and Dona Noble (lady with an attitude) = 4. They have just selected a new Dr. Who for season 5.

PBS shows it at 11pm on Saturdays. It is late, so read your scriptures and brush and flush before the show comes on. I have season 4 at my house on loan, if anyone is interested in borrowing it. I suggest you catch up with seasons 2 and 3 before you dive into 4.

Feliz Ano Nuevo

I flew down to Texas for New Years. I got to hang out with John, Meli and Julia. Julia is a hoot.

Thursday was foggy. We took advantage and walked around the cemetery taking artistic photos.

We came back and celebrated Meli's birthday. The theme was gold and purple. We had two queens.We went out in the country looking for armadillos. Found cows and a road-killed armadillo.

We went to the Texas A&M verses NWU from Louisianna.

We ended up cheering for the underdogs. We liked #14. He is 5'-9". His brother played, too.

I flew out of Austin. We drove around before my flight.

I thought that I had purchased a direct flight. I guess not. I was able to watch Boise State win the Fiesta Bowl split between the two flights.

Your DVD has been created sucessfully

I went to Idaho Falls for Christmas. Celeste acted out all of the charectors of the nativity. I gave gifts of old family audio tapes converted to digital for Christmas. If your DVD doesn't work, let me know and I will send you one that does. Aarggh.

Bethany and I hiked up to a windmill to see how big they are. They are pretty huge. One blade is longer than the bed of a 65' semi-truck.

I tried to watch the final episode of Monk online. It wasn't at USA. A person posted where you could see it. The website is called Hulu. They have all kinds of shows that you can watch.
